Spending my youth as an obese child, my life changed when I realized we are all control of our health and physique. At that point I committed my life to health and fitness. I became a trainer at the age of 18 and have been coaching others to there goals ever since. After spending the past 16 years in the industry I’ve had the privilege of working with all types of people from all walks of life. They are all unique and have unique needs. He began personal training out of a love for coaching children’s sports and running performance camps. As a college basketball player, and amateur boxer he has had a lot of experience helping other athletes better their performance through speed, agility, and endurance training. In addition to working with athletes, Jayson has found joy in assisting a wide variety of people in meeting their fitness goals. Whether clients are looking to attain weight-loss, overall well-being, or strength and endurance, he is determined to help them reach their full potential.
