After losing 40+lbs and changing my life through eating healthy and exercise, I turned my passion into a profession by helping others on their fitness journey as well. Now after 17 years, I am equally enthusiastic to help clients better their lives physically and mentally. My philosophy is a fun and encouraging approach that includes correcting bad habits, practicing mindful eating, and keeping exercise consistent. I specialize in all level Yoga, Strength and Conditioning, Weight loss, Nutrition and Life Coaching.

 Spending my youth as an obese child, my life changed when I realized we are all control of our health and physique. At that point I committed my life to health and fitness. I became a trainer at the age of 18 and have been coaching others to reach their goals ever since. After spending the past 19 years in the industry I’ve had the privilege of working with all types of people from all walks of life. They are all unique and have unique needs. No two people are the same and that’s how I approach my training. I try to discover ways to inspire individuals so that we can bring out there inner greatness!

Attended university on a baseball scholarship. After school, I completed my NESTA Master Trainer Certificate and went straight into a full time position in Laramie, WY. On weekends during the summers, I would coach baseball for youths aged 14-18 as well as take them through a fitness regimen. I have been training going on 7 years now, currently holding a certificate through ISSA. I have experience training group classes up to 15 people, as well as private 1 on 1 training. I specialize in teen, adult, and senior fitness. I also have online clients throughout the country that I work with. Exercise has been such a huge part of my life, and I give great credit to fitness and athletics for my health and well being today! My hope through training is to pass that gift onto each and every client I can!

I am NASM certified and currently attending CSN to further my knowledge of the human body, inside and out. I have a background in counseling; I worked in the mental health field for several years. I love to train weightlifting, calisthenics, yoga, kickboxing, and HIIT. My favorite part of this rewarding lifestyle career is watching my clients get results by feeling stronger, looking more tone and losing unwanted fat. Even more, I love when I can see them start to truly love who they become! Here at Refined I have dedicated myself to the entire transformation of my clients both physically and mentally and it has been beyond rewarding! Fitness and health have saved my life and I can’t wait to pass that onto you!

Strength and Conditioning Specialist, ACE CPT, 2 years of biology through MITx (I was in the first distance learning class from the Massachusetts institute of technology), 2 years Cell biology specializing in mitochondria of the hepatocytes through Harvardx. Author of the Amazon exclusive book ”Weight loss for people in a hurry”. A Vegas native with over 20 years in the fitness industry and a lifetime of martial arts training including: boxing, judo, kenpo, kali, and Brazilian Jiu jitsu I specialize in strengthening functional movement patterns and weight loss. I’ve trained all ages including physical education to homeschooled children and self defense to “at risk” women and children. I have hundreds of testimonials from clients that have collectively lost thousands of pounds on my programs, most of whom were complete beginners. As your coach I will help you look, feel, and perform better according to your own standards. I have been married for more than 16 years and we have two beautiful daughters (Josephine 12 and Penelope 9).

I have been training for two years now and there’s nothing more I love doing than helping people reach their goals. To me, the sky’s the limit for those who want to strive for greatness. I come from an athletic background playing three sports at the highschool level, such as football, basketball, and track. I specialize in training those of all ages, but I am specifically good at training younger athletes who are looking to get scholarships at the next level. My goal as your trainer is to help you accomplish what you’re looking for  and I’m going to work hard to help you get the results you want. Staying consistent on your diet and training is what can take you to the next level. I am here to help those who decide to take their chances with me every step of the way.
